Chintya Nur Faridah, a student of the Agroindustrial Technology Education Study Program, class of 2019, won first place in the Selection of Outstanding Students (Pilmapres) at the Faculty of Technology and Vocational Education (FPTK). This prestigious competitive event was held online on Friday, January 28, 2022. The event, which is held every year, was attended by 13 of the best FPTK students who are representatives of each study program. Each participant must go through several selection processes, namely: FGD in English, interviews and verification of their portfolio, and presentation of creative ideas.
At the event, Chintya presented his ideas on bioplastics to support SDGs 2030. The raw materials he developed came from waste starch from mango seeds and purple leaves, which has not been widely used. Even though she got the last order, Chintya managed to give her best performance in front of the jury and the audience who attended the virtual room on Friday afternoon (28/01/2022). Thanks go to all the members of the Agroindustrial Technology Education Study Program who attended and gave their best support.
